TOCCI delivered the 66,000 sf, 136-key hotel as one of the first Aloft-branded hotels in the world.

TOCCI leveraged BIM to collaborate with the prototype architect and architect of record on design features including the bar, custom lighting, and exposed mechanical systems. The project was awarded LEED Gold.
