In the beginning, the project was referred to as ‘Chelsea Commons’, but this project was “anything but common.”

Eighty (80) modular boxes create Chelsea Place’s 56 units. Tocci set the 80 modules in three phases, allowing crews to complete their “make-safe” and MEP contractors to connect plumbing, HVAC, gas, and electrical between sets.
