225 Binney Street is the first development of the Alexandria Center at Kendall Square (ACKS) Master Plan.  

It is a 1.73 msf, 11 acre world-class, build-to-suit science and technology campus located in the heart of Cambridge. The 6-story Class A office building includes a 2-story below-grade parking structure. It abuts 2 historic buildings which were restored as part of the project. TOCCI was retained to implement IPD on this site and other campus projects.

The project schedule required fast-track integrated design to accommodate the tenant, which was decamping from its suburban headquarters on an extremely fast schedule. The project acquired LEED Gold.
