Located on South Boston’s waterfront, 645 Summer Street was an occupied renovation of an existing block and concrete slab structure with a precast concrete façade.  

The 2-story, 150,000 sf building was renovated in 3 phases to maintain operations by existing tenants.  

The renovation included the removal of existing precast concrete panels on the façade for relocation and additional curtainwall between panels. New windows were installed throughout both floors. This project earned a LEED Silver certification.
