TOCCI modernized a 1945 brick and cast concrete structure into a 3-story, 120,000 sf Class A office building with a 300-car precast parking garage.    

The main building features glazed aluminum storefront/curtain wall facades, new roof, new mechanical systems contemporary main entrance, bathroom groups, and an open 3-story lobby.
