TOCCI and KlingStubbins collaborated to deliver the first Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) project in New England.

The 61,000 sf headquarters included private meeting rooms, open offices, lounges, and 5,000 sf of gallery space. The project also included modifications to the envelope to assure energy efficiency and waterproofing.

The concept, design, and construction of the original tenant interiors were completed in 8 months – allowing users to occupy the space early.  

Awards won include the AIA Technology in Practice Award and LEED Platinum.
