Cedar Crest Village is a 1,355,000 sf senior living community of 13 buildings. 

The structures comprise 2, 3, 5, and 6-stories of steel framing to provide senior living, skilled nursing, and assisted living space as well as 3 club houses.

Construction progressed under a phased approach, with building turnovers spanning the course of 5 years. TOCCI worked carefully around tenants and staff, as portions of the buildings were occupied during construction. TOCCI developed and utilized a construction management and traffic plan to maintain separate entrances for residents and guests to support the execution of just-in-time-deliveries (a strategy used to increase efficiency and decrease waste by receiving materials only as they are needed), ultimately leading each phase to close out ahead of schedule.
