Element hotel with light posts, trees, and walkway in front

The 123-key, 78,660 sf hotel was one of the first Element-branded hotels in the world.

The LEED Gold hotel shares a site with the TOCCI-built aloft. TOCCI utilized BIM for coordination and delivery of the 4-story, steel, and wood-frame structure.
