Flats on First is a 211,000 sf, 2-building mixed-use development adjacent to CambridgeSide.

The residential structure on First Street features 6 levels of residential space hosting 118 units, a rooftop party deck, and 2 levels of below-grade parking.

The second structure at 22 Hurley Street includes 18 residential units over 4 stories. An expansive courtyard connects the 2 buildings, with ground-floor amenities and stadium seating.

The project is LEED Silver Certifiable.
