TOCCI worked collaboratively with Crate and Barrel and Teng Architects on the 33,634 sf Natick Collections Crate and Barrel.  

The project posed many logistical challenges: proximity to other property improvements, phased delivery of addition and renovation, and construction during the holiday retail season. TOCCI utilized BIM to optimize the delivery of this modernist retail space.
