Renovations at 647 Summer Street included re-siding and re-roofing W.B Mason’s 360,000 sf warehouse and renovating 10,000 sf of office space.
The exterior was upgraded with aluminum corrugated siding system and an insulated roof. Interior upgrades included re-painting the ceiling and wall re-paneling. Construction took place in an occupied, 24-hour distribution facility. TOCCI implemented a strategic coordination system between subcontractors, architects, W.B. Mason, and building ownership, eliminating operational downtime.
