Jason Hogan, Project Manager
David Gomes, Assistant Superintendent
Mikhil Brahmbhatt, Project Engineer

Jason Hogan – Project Manager
Jason Hogan joins TOCCI as a Project Manager. Hogan brings more than 5 years of experience from Gilbane where he contributed to cross functional teams supporting a diverse portfolio of projects.

“Jason has jumped right in at our Eleanor Slater Hospital project.” says Healthcare Division Executive, Wayne Arruda. “His proactive mindset and strategic approach to challenges are invaluable as we work to deliver this large-scale project for the State of Rhode Island. We are eager to watch him excel as a leader at TOCCI.”

As a Project Manager, Hogan is responsible for monitoring budget, schedule, and quality. His excellent financial management skills and his ability to clearly articulate critical information are essential to exceeding expectations for TOCCI clients.

David Gomes – Assistant Superintendent
David Gomes has a 10-year plus track record of working on large scale construction projects. Previous roles as an estimator, project manager, and lead journeyman carpenter have built his well-rounded approach to construction supervising.

As an Assistant Superintendent, he is TOCCI’s onsite presence ensuring progress and monitoring day-to-day operations as well as site safety. Currently, you can find him at TOCCI’s Eleanor Slater Hospital project.

Gomes is passionate about mentoring and nurturing the next generation of the construction workforce. He collaborates with Minuteman Technical Institute and the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters (NASRCC) as an instructor to deliver a 15-week carpentry pre-apprenticeship program, equipping students with comprehensive training in the essential academic, technical, and personal skills required to excel as commercial carpenters.

David’s background has armed him with a high level of technical knowledge that drives work forward. He also collaborates with our subcontractors to foresee and resolve project challenges to better serve our clients. He’s been a big asset to the project.

Wayne Arruda, Healthcare Division Executive

Mikhil Brahmbhatt – Project Engineer
Mikhil Brahmbhatt, a recent graduate of Arizona State University’s Master of Construction Management and Technology program, is TOCCI’s newest Project Engineer. He brings a unique blend of curiosity and drive, an eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional work. Brahmbhatt is working alongside Glynda Wehring, Senior Project Manager and veteran Superintendent, Kevin Leonard – two professionals who amplify his strengths, helping the team work seamlessly to deliver the MBTA’s Everett Building 3 project.

“Mikhil is a valuable addition to the TOCCI Team on the MBTA project,” says Glynda Wehring, “He benefits everyone with his responsiveness, reliability, and insight; all while spreading enthusiasm and friendliness wherever he goes!”

Brahmbhatt is proactive and committed to continuous learning, evident in his pursuit of a commercial drone pilot’s license, which he earned on his own initiative. We are excited to see the ways Mikhil’s poise, enthusiasm, and dedication will drive his career forward.

Aleks Fever – Field Engineer
Aleks Fever has joined TOCCI as a full-time Field Engineer. Originally brought on as a laborer, Fever quickly impressed the team with his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality, catching the attention of TOCCI’s Chief Operating Officer, Kevin McCarthy.

Known for his willingness to help, he has become a go-to resource onsite, providing direction and answers whenever they’re needed. He’s seamlessly integrated into the close-knit project team at 1515 Commonwealth Ave, and we’re thrilled to have him continue contributing in this role.

Aleks has been an asset to the 1515 Commonwealth Ave team. His desire to learn and attention to detail has made a real impact, especially as we’ve tackled the punch list. Aleks’ willingness to help wherever needed has gained the trust of the entire crew, and I’m excited to see him take on more in his new role as Field Engineer.

Caitlin Fitzgerald, Superintendent

We’re excited to welcome Jason, David, Mikhil + Aleks to our team. Each of these individuals possess skills that strengthen TOCCI’s ability to deliver outstanding results. They complement one another and align with the unique needs of our clients.
